ACES is the official employee group (non-union) representing the interests of all exempt employees at Pima Community College. ACES was created to allow exempt employees to have a voice in the annual Meet & Confer process with the College administration. During this process, ACES brings forward the concerns of exempt employees in order to improve College policies involving professional development, working conditions, benefits and compensation affecting all exempt employees.
